Eight areas cover almost everything a buyer asks about, from the first test lead to reading your own cost per acquisition.
Getting started
What a program includes, how onboarding runs, the credentials you receive, and the test leads we send before a dollar is spent.
Read the guideChoosing a vertical
Medicare, life, or final expense, and which program inside each one fits the agents you actually have on the phone this month.
Read the guideSetting up delivery
HTTP post, webhook, native AgentTech Dialer, or native Solved Enroll. Field mapping, response codes, and what happens when your endpoint is down.
Read the guideFilters and disqualifiers
Phone validation, duplicate suppression, licensing geography, age and product fit, plus the rules your own desk has learned the hard way.
Read the guideCaps and pacing
Daily and hourly caps, delivery windows matched to your floor hours, ramping a new program, pausing, and reserving capacity for AEP.
Read the guideConsent and compliance
What is stored with every lead: the disclosure language shown, the timestamp, the IP, and the page. How to request the record for a specific lead.
Read the guideCredits and disputes
The written criteria, the submission window, how a review is decided, and why a repeated issue gets the program changed instead of the leads credited.
Read the guideReporting
Delivery detail, disposition feedback, program comparison, exports, and computing your own cost per acquisition without asking us for a spreadsheet.
Read the guideThe five things that go wrong first
If one of these is your problem, you can probably finish without emailing anyone.
- Leads are not arriving at all. Almost always an endpoint returning a non-2xx status, or credentials rotated on your side. See the response contract.
- Leads arrive but fields are blank. A mapping drift after a CRM field was renamed. See field mapping.
- Volume dropped overnight. Check your cap and your delivery window before you check the program. See daily and hourly caps.
- Contact rate is worse than last month. Measure time to first dial before you blame the leads. See outcome reporting.
- A lead looks wrong for your desk. Send the lead id inside the stated window. See credit criteria.
Product reference
When the question is what something is rather than how to configure it, the product pages are the shorter read.

Term and permanent programs, with the coverage amount the prospect asked about captured at the form.

Burial coverage intent with the monthly budget captured, the vertical the Solved group knows best.
OpenDelivery and routing
The four delivery paths and how the field mapping is agreed before the first lead moves.
OpenExclusivity
What sold once actually means, and why owned acquisition is the only way the promise holds.

Consent capture at acquisition, suppression, and what we can produce if a complaint arrives.

Generate, qualify, deliver, and feed back, described end to end.

How pricing is quoted per lead by vertical, program, filters, and committed volume.

There is no ticket portal to learn. You get an email address, a phone number, and a named contact who has run a lead desk.

FAQs
Frequently asked questions
How do I get started without committing to volume?
Tell us the vertical, the states your agents are licensed in, and how many leads a day your floor can genuinely work. We wire up delivery, send test leads through your endpoint so the mapping is proven before money moves, then start at a small daily cap and raise it once your own numbers say the program works. There is no platform fee and no monthly minimum to start.
A lead arrived with a field missing or in the wrong place. What do I check first?
Compare the payload you received against the field mapping agreed at onboarding. The most common cause is a mapping change on your side, such as a renamed CRM field, that nobody told the integration about. Send us the lead id and the raw body you received and we will tell you exactly what we sent and when. The field list is in the documentation under lead record fields.
My endpoint was down for an hour. Did I lose those leads?
No. Failed deliveries are retried with backoff, and a lead that still cannot be delivered after the retry schedule is held rather than discarded. You are not billed for a lead we could not deliver. If your endpoint is going to be down on purpose, pause the program instead, because leads delivered into a system nobody is watching still age.
Why was a lead I expected filtered out before it reached me?
Five things run before delivery: phone validation, duplicate suppression across programs and time, licensing geography down to the county, age and product fit, and any disqualifiers you added. A record that fails one of them is never delivered and is never billed. If a filter is too tight for your desk, it is a setting rather than a policy, so ask us to loosen it.
How do I get the consent record for a specific lead?
Email contact@solvedmarket.ing with the lead id. Consent is captured at the form and stored with the lead: the exact disclosure language the prospect saw, the timestamp, the IP address, and the page. We produce the stored record rather than a summary of it, which is the entire reason it is captured at acquisition instead of reconstructed afterward.
What qualifies for a credit, and how long do I have?
The criteria are written down before you buy rather than negotiated after, and they are in your program agreement and in the documentation. Submit inside the stated window with the lead id and the reason and the review is fast. A pattern across several leads on one program matters more than any single record, because the right fix is usually a filter change rather than a credit.
Can I pause a program without a penalty?
Yes. Short-staffed week, a holiday, a training day, or a desk that is behind on its callbacks are all good reasons to pause. Tell us and delivery stops; tell us again and it resumes. Pausing is better for both of us than delivering leads into a floor that cannot dial them, because unworked leads look like bad leads in your reporting.
Who do I contact, and how fast will I hear back?
Email contact@solvedmarket.ing for anything about a program, a lead, or an integration, or call +1 (866) 415-6192 when delivery is stopped and you need it moving. Accounts have a named contact rather than a shared ticket queue, and first response is within one business day.

Did not find it here?
Send the lead id and a timestamp. We would rather read your delivery log than guess at it.
