Every lead is sold once. One buyer, no resale, no shared pools. How exclusivity works

Careers

We are a small, remote-first team in the United States running paid acquisition for Medicare, life, and final expense. The leads we generate are sold once, and some of them are sold to our own sister companies, which changes how the work feels.

What it is like to work here

Most performance marketers never meet the person who has to use what they generated. Here you will hear about it by Tuesday.

Solved Marketing sells every lead once, and a share of them go to agents inside our own group working on our own dialer. That arrangement removes the usual comfortable distance between a campaign and its consequences. A creative that attracts curiosity instead of intent does not show up as a slightly worse cost per lead at the end of the month. It shows up as a licensed agent on a call that was never going anywhere, and you will know about it.

It cuts both ways, which is the appealing part. When a program works, the evidence is a placed policy rather than a dashboard that trends in the right direction. There is no agency layer, no client to translate for, and no upstream vendor to blame, because we buy the media, write the offers, and own the pages ourselves.

The constraints are real. Insurance marketing sits under rules about what you can say, how consent has to be captured, and who can be called. Working here means treating those as part of the craft rather than as a legal department problem that arrives after the creative is done.

How the team works

Small enough that the person who ships a change is the person who explains it.

  • Remote-first, US-based. The team works from wherever they are in the United States. Buying desks are on the phone during US business hours, so that is when the work happens and when decisions get made.
  • Written before scheduled. Decisions land in writing so the person three time zones away can pick them up without a meeting. Calls happen when the writing is not enough, not as a substitute for it.
  • Whole programs, not tickets. A program is owned end to end: the media, the page, the filters, and the number it produces on a buyer's desk. Nobody here works a slice of someone else's backlog.
  • Numbers in the open. Spend, delivery, and buyer outcomes are visible to the people making decisions against them. It is uncomfortable in a bad week and it is the only way a week gets better.
  • Compliance is in the room early. Disclosure language and consent capture are part of building a campaign, not a review step at the end. It is cheaper for everyone and it is the reason the records exist when a buyer asks for them.

Open roles

There is no application portal. Email us and a person reads it.

How to apply

Send a resume and a few sentences about what you have actually run to contact@solvedmarket.ing, with the role in the subject line. Applications go by email: no portal, no account, no timed assessment. If none of the roles above fit but you have run paid acquisition in a regulated vertical, write anyway and say what you would want to own.

FAQs

Applying here

How do I apply?

By email. Send a resume and a short note to contact@solvedmarket.ing with the role name in the subject line. There is no application portal on this site and no account to create.

Are these roles remote?

Yes. The team is remote-first and based in the United States. Media and lead operations run on US business hours because that is when the desks buying our leads are on the phone.

Do I need insurance experience?

It helps and it is not required for the media and analytics roles. What is required is a willingness to learn the rules, because Medicare and life marketing sit under real constraints and creative that ignores them is worse than no creative. Compliance and lead operations roles do expect prior exposure to regulated marketing.

What happens after I send the email?

A person reads it. If there is a fit, the first conversation covers what you have actually run, what you would want to own here, and compensation, so nobody spends four rounds discovering the range does not work.

Is there a role here that is not listed?

Possibly. If you have run paid acquisition in a regulated vertical and none of the roles below match, write anyway and say what you would want to own. That note is more useful than a resume against a title we happened to publish.
