Every lead is sold once. One buyer, no resale, no shared pools. How exclusivity works

Exclusive leads. Owned demand.

The top of the funnel should not be rented. Solved Marketing generates Medicare, life, and final expense demand in house, sells each lead once, and delivers it into the dialer your agents already have open.

Sold once, never resold What exclusivity means

We own the acquisition, so the lead your agent dials belongs to you alone.

Medicare lead programs

Advantage, Part D, and Medicare Supplement demand, generated in house rather than bought from an aggregator.

Built around the calendar
AEP, the Medicare Advantage open enrollment period, and year-round SEP demand are separate programs, because the buyer and the pitch are different.
Age-in and T65
Prospects approaching eligibility, reached before four other agencies have already called them.
State and county targeting
Down to the county, so a licensed agent is never handed a lead in a state they cannot write.
Plan-aware routing
Interest in Advantage versus Supplement is captured at the form, not guessed at on the call.

Life insurance leads

Term and permanent life interest, filtered for people who actually asked about coverage.

Term and permanent
Separate programs, because someone pricing 20-year term is not the same prospect as someone asking about whole life.
Coverage amount captured
The face amount the prospect asked about comes through on the record, so the agent opens with the right product.
Age and health signals
Enough at the form to route to an agent who can actually place the case.
Beneficiary intent
Why they are shopping, which is the difference between a quote and a conversation.

Final expense leads

Burial and final expense coverage intent, the vertical the Solved group knows best.

Real intent, not curiosity
Programs built around people pricing burial coverage, not people clicking a sweepstakes.
Budget captured up front
The monthly premium the prospect had in mind, so the agent builds to budget instead of guessing.
Simplified issue fit
Health questions at the form that predict whether a simplified issue product will actually place.
Feeds the whole chain
Final expense is the wedge for Solved Insurance, so this program gets the most attention.

Delivery into your stack

A lead is worthless sitting in an inbox. Ours arrive where the agent is already working.

Native into AgentTech Dialer
Leads land in a campaign and start dialing, with the disposition coming back to us.
Native into Solved Enroll
The client record is pre-populated, so the fact-find starts from what the prospect already told us. Solved Enroll is in private beta, so this path is open to agencies in that program.
HTTP post or webhook
Any CRM that can accept a post can accept our leads, with the field mapping you specify.
Seconds, not batches
Delivered on submission. Speed to dial is the single biggest lever on contact rate.

One buyer per lead

Exclusive means sold once, to you, and never resold later. That is the whole promise.

Sold once
Not shared with two other agencies, not sold again next quarter as an aged lead.
We own the source
Because we generate the demand ourselves, there is no upstream vendor quietly selling the same record.
No aged resale
A lead you bought does not come back to market. That is a policy, not a pricing tier.
Auditable
Ask who else received a given lead and the answer is a record, not a reassurance.

Consent and compliance

Consent is captured at acquisition, because it cannot be reconstructed afterward.

Consent at the form
The disclosure language, the timestamp, the IP, and the page the prospect saw, stored with the record.
TCPA records on request
If a complaint arrives, the evidence is retrievable rather than reconstructed from memory.
Suppression honored
Internal do-not-call and opt-out state applied before a lead is ever delivered.
Our problem, not yours
We run the acquisition, so the consent trail is ours to produce.

Intent filters

The filters that decide whether a form fill becomes a lead you are charged for.

Verification before delivery
Phone validation, duplicate checks, and field sanity run before the lead reaches you.
Geography and licensing
Filtered to the states and counties your agents are actually appointed in.
Age and product fit
A 52-year-old asking about Medicare is not a Medicare lead, and does not get billed as one.
Your own filters
Add the disqualifiers your desk has learned the hard way, and stop paying for them.

Volume you can plan around

Daily caps, dayparting, and pacing, so a desk is not flooded on Monday and idle on Thursday.

Daily and hourly caps
Set what your floor can actually work, and we pace to it.
Dayparting
Delivery windows matched to when your agents are on the phone, not when the form was filled.
Ramp, not a firehose
Start small, prove the economics on your own numbers, then scale the program.
Seasonal planning
AEP capacity is reserved ahead of the season rather than scrambled for in October.

Owned acquisition

The top of the funnel is the one thing an agency cannot afford to rent.

Our campaigns, our creative
We buy the media and write the offers, so we know exactly where a lead came from.
No aggregator in the middle
Nobody upstream is selling the same record to three other buyers.
Changes land the same day
A filter or offer adjustment does not require a vendor ticket.
Aligned incentives
Our sister companies sell on these leads, so quality is our problem too.

Pre-delivery filters

Every filter runs before delivery, because a lead you have to dispute is a lead you already paid to work.

Phone validation
Line type and reachability checked before the record is sent.
Duplicate suppression
Across programs and across time, not just within a single campaign.
Licensing geography
Down to the county, matched to where your agents can write.
Your disqualifiers
Add your own rules and stop being billed for leads you would never work.

The consent trail is captured at the form and produced on request.

The exact language
What the prospect actually saw and agreed to, not a generic template.
Timestamp and IP
Recorded at submission, stored with the lead.
Retrieval on request
Ask for a specific lead and we produce its record.
Suppression state
Internal do-not-call applied before delivery, and honored afterward.

Posting and integration

Integration takes an afternoon, not a procurement cycle.

Field mapping you control
Tell us your field names and we post to them.
Retries and confirmation
If your endpoint is down we retry, and we tell you when we could not deliver.
Disposition feedback
Send outcomes back and the filters get better on your traffic specifically.
Test mode
Send sample leads through your integration before a dollar is spent.

Pacing and caps

Volume should match what your floor can work today, not what you hope to staff next month.

Daily and hourly caps
Hard limits, adjustable without a contract change.
Delivery windows
Leads arrive when agents are on the phone.
Pause without penalty
Short-staffed week? Pause the program and resume it.
Seasonal reservation
AEP capacity committed in advance.

Credits and disputes

Rules written down in advance beat vague promises about quality.

Written criteria
What qualifies for a credit is defined before you buy, not negotiated after.
A short window
Submit within the stated window and the review is fast.
Pattern review
Repeated issues on one program get the program fixed, not just the leads credited.
No quality theater
We would rather tighten a filter than argue about a record.

Reporting

You should be able to compute your own cost per acquisition without asking us for a spreadsheet.

Delivery detail
Every lead, when it was sent, and whether your endpoint accepted it.
Outcome feedback
Push dispositions back and see contact and conversion by program.
Program comparison
Which vertical, state, and source are actually working for your desk.
Export
Pull the raw records into your own warehouse.

Account support

Support from people who have bought leads and been disappointed by them.

A named contact
Not a shared inbox and a ticket number.
Program tuning
Regular review of what is converting and what should be cut.
Onboarding help
We wire up the integration with you rather than emailing a spec.
Honest answers
If a vertical is not working for your desk we will say so.

One buyer. One lead. No resale, ever.

Most lead vendors sell the word exclusive and the record three times. We generate the demand ourselves, which is the only way the promise can actually be kept.

How the program actually runs.

Owned campaigns, pre-delivery filters, consent records, posting and integration, pacing and caps, written credit rules, reporting, and a named contact who has run a lead desk.

FAQs

Still have questions?

What does "exclusive" mean here?

Sold once, to one buyer, and never resold. A lead you buy is not shared with two other agencies at the same time, and it does not come back to market later as an aged lead. Because we generate the demand ourselves rather than buying it from an aggregator, there is no upstream vendor quietly selling the same record to someone else.

Which verticals do you generate?

Three: Medicare, covering Advantage, Part D, and Medicare Supplement; life insurance, split into term and permanent programs; and final expense. Final expense gets the most attention, because it is the wedge product for Solved Insurance and our own sister companies sell on it.

How do leads reach my agents?

Four ways: natively into an AgentTech Dialer campaign so agents start dialing immediately, natively into Solved Enroll with the client record pre-populated, or by HTTP post or webhook into any CRM that can accept one. Solved Enroll is in private beta ahead of its 2027 rollout, so that path is open to agencies in the beta program; the other three are open to any buyer. Delivery happens on submission rather than in nightly batches, because speed to dial is the biggest single lever on contact rate.

How does pricing work?

Priced per lead by vertical, with the rate depending on the program, the filters you apply, and the volume you commit to. There is no platform fee and no monthly minimum to start. Ramp small, measure your own cost per acquisition, then scale the programs that work.

Who handles TCPA consent?

We do. Consent is captured at the form with the exact disclosure language the prospect saw, the timestamp, the IP address, and the page, all stored with the lead record and retrievable on request. Internal suppression and opt-out state is applied before a lead is ever delivered.

How is Solved Marketing related to AgentTech and Solved Enroll?

Same parent company, Solved Ventures. Solved Marketing is first in the value chain: we generate the demand, AgentTech Dialer works it, Solved Enroll quotes and enrolls it, and Solved Solutions contracts the agents who sell it. That is why delivery into those systems is native rather than an integration project.
